The Crowne Plaza Dallas Downtown, a 300-room upscale hotel with 30,000 sq. ft. of meeting and banquet space, is seeking a service-oriented Front Desk Agent. You need experience in a full-service hotel, have a reputation for delivering the truly exceptional. We are looking for high energy, friendly, service-oriented individuals.
A good desk clerk with 3 years of experience who thinks they are capable of being a lead desk clerk and make more money.

Opera Property System experience required!
- Handle guest complaints.
- Answer the phone.
- Must be very organized, quick thinking, and good with numbers.
- Greet all guests in a friendly manner.
- Must have open availability.
- Must be capable of working weekends.
Other Front Desk Requirements:
- Maintain and improve the quality of the guest experience and have a welcoming attitude.
- Follow set procedures on posting charges and refunds.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.
